igourmet.com Fork & the Cork took place on October 11, 2008. Our third year was an overwhelming success....bringing together over 1100 members of the region to enjoy gourmet selections and some of the finest wines from around the world while supporting The Women With Children Program at Misericordia University. igourmet.com was proud to present a country themed "trip around the world" where guests enjoyed selections from North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. This year we were privileged that Viking was on board demonstrating superb creations with their industrial kitchen and master chef for all to view. Other notables included Kobrand Corporation, Stella Artois, Robert Hall, Crossing Vineyards, Lexus, Electric City Roasting Company who join us for a great afternoon. Café Olivia, Fire & Ice, Kazimi’s, Wolfgang Puck Express, 31 Lake Street and River Street Ale House presented sample dishes using specialty products all available at igourmet.com. 	igourmet.com's second annual Fork & the Cork event took place on June 1, 2007. Our second year was an overwhelming success....bringing together over 1100 members of the region to enjoy gourmet selections and some of the finest wines from around the world. igourmet.com was proud to present a country themed "trip around the world" where guests enjoyed selections from North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. This year, local fine dining establishments presented sample dishes using specialty products all available at igourmet.com. We were entertained by contemporary classic rock by local celebrity Jimmy Mancus and by live jazz by The Glass Band. The 2nd Annual Fork & the Cork raised over double the funds from the inaugural 2006 launch, establishing it's place as Northeastern Pennsylvania's premier wine and gourmet food event. 	igourmet.com's inaugural "Fork & the Cork" event took place on Thursday, June 1, 2006. We had a fantastic 1st year event which hosted well over 600 people on the beautiful campus of College Misericordia. Last year the event raised over $10,000 for the Women With Children program making it's mark on becoming Northeastern Pennsylvania’s premier wine and gourmet food event.
