A culinary feast to delight your palate will be held at the Westmoreland Club in Wilkes-Barre, PA for our "kick-off" wine makers dinner on Friday evening. Excellence in cuisine has been the standard at the Westmoreland Club for generations. The culinary team, under the direction of Executive Chef Frank Priore, will prepare a five course menu using the finest gourmet treats from igourmet.com to create an unforgettable menu with innovative and traditonal fare. Each course will be expertly paired with premium wines for an unforgettable evening.

3rd Annual Grand Tasting

The igourmet.com Fork & the Cork Grand Tasting will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2008 on the beautiful grounds of Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to experience premium wines paired with artisan cheeses and culinary treasures from around the world. Live music and a silent auction will be included in the afternoon festivities. The auction proceeds will benefit "The Women with Children Program" at Misericordia University, a 501c3 organization. This program was designed to provie support, services, housing and financial aid for academically qualified single mothers of any age who are determined to complete their undergraduate degree. The program has grown steadily from a pilot project to a successful education model. Funding is primarily derived through grants from private foundations, corporations, government agencies and contributions from civic groups and individuals.
